Free returns are valid on U.S. orders up to 30 days after delivery date. Sale/promotional items and face masks are final sale. 

♡ Customized products (custom makeup cases, totes, duffles and dog hoodies) are not eligible for return.

International customers pay return shipping.


USA: 2-8 days

International: 1-2 weeks (can take up to 30 days depending on destination). Import fees may incur depending on your country, the buyer is responsible for these.

♡ You will receive an email with tracking info once your order ships.


♡ All sale items and face masks are final sale.

♡ Swimwear is eligible for exchanges or store credit only if returned unworn and with original packaging, tags and hygienic liner attached up to 30 days after delivery.

♡ We strive to offer the best quality products at affordable prices to ensure that you will love your purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective product or are simply not happy with your purchase, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will issue a refund or store credit. 


Sequin Sand will only review replacement requests if Product is incorrect, missing, broken or has a defect, provided that it is caused by Sequin Sand. Sequin Sand is not responsible for incorrectly provided Customer information that results in lost or misdirected shipments. In case of a re-shipment, the User must cover the expenses. No refunds will be made for shipping costs. All replacement requests must be submitted within 10 days of the receiving date.
