Please allow 1-3 days to process your order. You will receive an email with tracking info once your order is shipped. Sequin Sand is not responsible for delays in deliveries due to external factors and/or shipping information submitted incorrectly.
Yes, we ship internationally!
U.S Shipping takes 2-8 days depending on shipping location.
International shipping takes1-2 weeks. It can take up to 30 days depending on destination. Import fees may incur depending on your country, the buyer is responsible for these.
We ship from Northern Virginia via USPS.
If you wish to pay for a quicker U.S. shipping method, we offer expedited shipping that is calculated by weight. You may select the following shipping methods at checkout:

Sequin Sand is not responsible for any shipments that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit or delivery. Please contact your local post office if you experience any issue with delivery.
You will receive an email with a USPS tracking number as soon as your order ships.
You can also log in to your account on our website and track your order.
Once your order has shipped, please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Please allow 1-3 days for us to fulfill your order. If you believe you may have entered your email incorrectly and therefore are not receiving our emails, please confirm your email by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order #.
If shipping is taking longer than the estimated shipping times, please check with your local post office to see if it has been delivered there. If your post office doesn't locate it, please email us at email@example.com and we will help you locate your package!
Please check the usual spots you receive mail as well as any side doors. Allow one more day to see if it is delivered, (sometimes tracking can show "delivered" when the item is scanned at your local post office and it will be delivered the next day.) Please also check with your local post office to see if it's waiting to be picked up. You can always email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will happily help locate your order!
changing or canceling your order
If you incorrectly entered your shipping address or email, please email us ASAP at email@example.com. We will be able to update your info as long as your order hasn't already shipped.
We are not responsible for incorrectly entered shipping info and the customer is responsible for paying a re-shipment fee if the order is lost or returned back to us.

If you receive a damaged or defective product or are simply not happy with your purchase, Sequin Sand offers 100% money back guarantee for *most of our products. Please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will remedy the situation.
We accept returns on eligible products up to 30 days after the delivery date.
For all returns, exchanges and replacement requests, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number and a description of the issue.
Once your return and/or exchange is approved, a pre-paid label will be emailed to you to send the product back to us.
Sale items are not eligible for return.
Face masks are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygienic reasons.
Swimwear is eligible for exchange or store credit only if returned unworn and with original packaging, tags and hygienic liner attached.
Sequin Sand will review replacement requests if Product is incorrect, missing, broken or has a defect, provided that it is caused by Sequin Sand. Sequin Sand is not responsible for incorrectly provided Customer information that results in lost or misdirected shipments. In the case of a re-shipment, the Customer must cover the expenses. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All replacement requests must be submitted within 10 days of the delivery date.

Once your return is received, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. We do offer store credit as a refund method, please specify your return method of choice when submitting your return. Please allow 48 hours to process refunds and 5-7 business days for a credit to reflect in your account. If you choose store credit, it is instantly available to you after your return is sent back to us.
