Please allow 1-3 days for us to fulfill your order. If you may have entered your email incorrectly and therefore are not receiving our emails, please confirm your email by contacting us at email@example.com and include your order #.
If your order contains an item that is back-ordered, it will be shipped once the item is back in stock.
If it has been longer than the above shipping times, please check with your local post office to see if it has been delivered there. If the post office doesn't have it, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you locate your package!
Please check the usual spot you receive mail as well as any side doors. Allow one more day to see if it is delivered (sometimes tracking can say "delivered" when the item is scanned at your local post office and it will in fact be delivered the next day.) If no luck, please check with your local post office to see if it's waiting to be picked up. You can also email us at email@example.com and we will be happy to help locate your order!
Unfortunately we don't accept returns but will gladly issue a store credit if there is a defect with your item. Please email us within 10 days of receiving your item with images and your order # to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can get the issue sorted out!
